How it works

Our Royalty Free samples explained, nice and easy:

✅ You buy the pack as a one time purchase which automatically constitutes as your license

✅ This license is personal to you and only you (ie the person or business that purchased the pack)

✅ Directly after purchase your pack will be immediately available to download from the email address you allocated at check out

✅ The license allows you the use of the samples as much as you want in all of your projects

✅ The samples you buy are yours to keep forever

✅ Any revenue you do make from projects that use these samples is 100% yours to keep

✅ You may use the samples in any commercial venture and distribute your projects how you wish (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Youtube etc)

✅ Some examples of projects you may use these samples in are (but not limited to): video games, music, television, radio, radio plays, theatre, film, DVD & blue ray, podcasts, YouTube videos, and commercials

✅ Any sample you use must not be used in isolation (ie distributed completely on its own) but as part of a larger project that includes media of some kind (eg. images, music, voice over etc)

What the license DOES NOT allow are the following:

❌ Claiming authorship of the individual samples.

❌ Reselling the isolated samples in part or in whole or repackaging them as yours

❌ Distributing or sharing the isolated samples in part or in whole for free in any capacity. If you are a business, the license is available to use for any of that business' projects. If you are an individual, the license is yours only.

❌ Selling or uploading the samples on torrent sites

Any person / persons using the samples that are not the individual or business that bought the pack may be subject to legal action if found to be using the samples without a purchased license.

❌❕ VERY IMPORTANT❕❌ Please also note, when uploading to digital distribution sites you MUST disable content ID for YouTube without exception. Failure to do so can cause huge problems for other creators using the same samples on the platform and gives us the right to ask that your music be removed.
