Licensing & Distribution Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Samples in any way, you, the Customer agree to be legally bound by the terms of this License Agreement. The license granted in this Agreement is personal to you.

The Samples may be used for the Customer’s own creative productions (examples include but are not limited to: motion picture or television productions, computer and video games, theater productions, radio plays, websites, or any similar creative endeavor).

This covers:

1. Mechanical Rights: The right to re-record, duplicate, and release the Samples as part of the Customer’s Projects in whatever media the Customer chooses (music, video, film, digital formats, etc.)

2. Synchronization Rights: The right to use the Samples as a soundtrack ‘synced’ with visual images, or sounds as part of the Customer’s Projects.

3. Public Performance and Broadcast Rights: The right to use the Samples as part of the public viewing or broadcast of the Customer’s Projects, including, but not limited to films, television, DVDs, Blu-Ray Disks, websites, podcasts, multimedia productions, streaming platforms and radio.

Limits of Use

* This License Agreement excludes any isolated and/or independent use of the Samples.

* Viking Vocals only licenses the use of the Samples it provides and retains full rights concerning the Samples.

* The use of these Samples for the sharing, re-selling, or storing on a public server or torrent site is strictly prohibited.

* The use of these Samples modified or otherwise for re-sale is strictly prohibited. The Samples may not be repackaged in whole or part as sample libraries or audio samples or digital instrument patches or any other product, without the prior written permission of Viking Vocals.

* You are not allowed to claim authorship of the vocal samples.

Distribution

When using these samples in your music productions you MUST disable content ID for Youtube WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Using content ID will lead to a violation of YouTube’s terms and conditions and cause problems for other creator's using the same samples on the platform. Please make a note of disabling content ID when you use distribution providers to avoid facing any legal problems. Viking Vocals reserves the right to take down any music that does not adhere to this policy.

Returns Policy

We stand by our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. Please understand that because our products are digital goods delivered by internet download, and there is no way for us to claim them back, we cannot issue you with a refund once you have downloaded any of our products. So please do make sure you are certain of your purchase before downloading a pack.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not yet downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Please give us up to 48 hours to do this.

Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
